About the Role
Join UW Health as a Occupational Therapist – Sign-On Bonus in United States. Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday-Friday, 1 weekend day every four weeks. 1 assigned holiday.

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required Work Experience
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs. Required Licenses & Certifications
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
