Job Description
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday-Friday, 1 weekend day every four weeks. 1 assigned holiday. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. You may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign on bonus.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required
Work Experience
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs. Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
- CPR certification. Required
