The Occupational Therapist will provide patient care services at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital facility. Responsibilities include participating in ongoing educational programs and maintaining clinical standards.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold or be in the process of acquiring an Illinois state license. A Basic Life Support/CPR certification is also required for this position.
