Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) Registry

Work Schedule: Per Diem, varying schedule, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional Components of Compensation May Include

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required. Required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required

Work Experience

Licenses & Certifications

• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
