Deliver acute, hospital-level occupational therapy to patients in their homes to improve independence and daily function. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exemplary patient care across home and hospital settings.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and licensure in the State of Wisconsin. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within three months of hire.
