Job Details: Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.63Hourly, Youth Worker – Make a Difference Every Day! Are you someone who enjoys connecting with young people, building relationships, and making a positive impact?

Join our team as a Youth Worker and help young people discover their strengths, build confidence, and work toward their goals! As a Youth Worker, you’ll be part mentor, coach, cheerleader, and trusted support. You’ll create a safe and positive environment where youth can learn, grow, have fun, and feel supported.

What You’ll Do Build meaningful, positive relationships with youth. Encourage youth to reach their personal, social, and educational goals. Plan and participate in fun group activities and community outings. Use TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and trauma-informed strategies.

Support youth during challenging moments and help them regain a sense of control. Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment. Work as part of a team to support each young person’s individual needs and goals.

Available Schedules 1 Open Position: Friday–Monday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM 3 Open Positions: Saturday–Sunday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM This is an on-site, hands-on position where every day can bring a new opportunity to make an impact.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 1. High School diploma/GED. Preferred Education and Experience: Associates or higher degree. At least 1 year of experience in serving at risk youth or in a residential program. A background or college courses in education, social work, or psychology. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: CPR / First Aid certified. Ability to handle physical activities, including recreational activities Good driving record
