Behavioral Health Specialist Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for overseeing Behavioral Health Specialists, implementing TBRI strategies during evening and weekend hours across all dormitories, and ensuring scheduled activities occur. The supervisor assumes a leadership role during shift incidents and maintains continuous communication with other managers.

Requirements

A minimum requirement is an Associate degree with two years of experience in Community MH, Criminal Justice, or a closely related field, with an active CDCA preferred. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, mental health case management experience, and specific licensure (LCDCII, LCDCIII, LSW, or PCC).
