Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill pediatric patients across various intensive care units. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, formulating and managing care plans, performing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies and possess active Pennsylvania state licensure. At least one year of clinical experience is required, with a preference for those having two or more years of ICU or critical care experience.
