Key Responsibilities
The BCBA conducts functional behavioral assessments and designs individualized behavioral interventions to support clients across multiple environments. They also provide direct supervision to clinical support teams and coordinate treatment plans with instructional teams and families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification. Additionally, applicants are required to have LBA licensure in New Jersey and at least two years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum.
