The BCBA conducts functional behavioral assessments and designs, supervises, and implements behavior analytic interventions across school environments. They also coordinate with instructional teams, provide parent training, and manage clinical data while supervising ABA therapists.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification. Additionally, they must have at least 2 years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum and hold an LBA licensure in New Jersey.
