Nurse Practitioner- Inpatient Rehab (Per Diem)

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner performs patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments while managing daily rounds and medication orders. They also coordinate care with attending physicians and ensure comprehensive discharge planning for patients.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a Nurse Practitioner program and possess current New York State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Professional Nurse. National Board Certification in the specialty area and current BLS certification are also required.
