Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

• Provide skilled therapy services focused on improving functional abilities,.

• Establish short- and long-term rehabilitation goals and monitor resident progress.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.

• Valid New York State Occupational Therapist License required.

• Newly licensed Occupational Therapists encouraged to apply.

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $97,760 - $104,000

• Signing bonus: $7,500.
