Job Description
A leading home health organization in Fairfield, California is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!
Pay: $75.00 - $90.00/hour
Occupational Therapist Opportunity
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule
- Guaranteed weekly pay
- $15,000 sign-on bonus available

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques and adaptive equipment
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Occupational Therapist Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required
- Active California Occupational Therapist license required
- Minimum of one year of Occupational Therapy experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Open to H-1B sponsorship

Requirements
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and an active California Occupational Therapy license. Candidates must have at least one year of experience and current BLS/CPR certification.
