Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing management for patients seeking medication-assisted treatment via telehealth. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate electronic health records.
Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing or physician assistant studies with an active, unrestricted state license. Candidates must have at least one year of clinical experience, including experience in addiction medicine.
