Clinical Director (Pediatric Therapy, OT, SLP, PT)

Little Land Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym is looking for a Clinical Director to lead our Cedar Park clinic. This role owns clinical operations, quality, and staff development across Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy, the three disciplines this role oversees at Cedar Park. You will report directly to the CEO and lead a team of discipline directors and administrative staff who run the day to day of each program.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set the clinical standard for the building, develop the people who lead each discipline, and be the person families and staff turn to when something needs a decision.

Key Responsibilities

Own clinical quality, compliance, and outcomes across Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy at Cedar Park

Manage and develop the Director of Occupational Therapy, Director of Speech Therapy, and Director of Administration, along with their teams

• Set clear goals for each program and hold discipline directors accountable for hitting them
• Ensure clinical documentation, treatment plans, and evaluations meet payer and regulatory standards across all three disciplines
• Partner with the Director of Administration on caseload management, scheduling, and clinic capacity planning

Serve as the escalation point for complex family concerns or clinical questions the team can't resolve on their own

Build a real bench of clinical leadership talent within the building, not just manage the team that exists today

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Several years of pediatric clinical experience, ideally across a multi-disciplinary setting
• Experience managing or supervising a clinical team, not just practicing independently
• Comfort leading disciplines outside your own license, in partnership with each discipline's own director
• Strong communication skills with families, staff, and referral partners
• A genuine interest in developing people, not just running programs
