General Dentist – Alamogordo, New Mexico

Altius Dental is seeking a compassionate and motivated General Dentist to join our established PPO practice in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist or recent graduate looking for clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and continued professional growth in a supportive environment.

What We Offer

• Competitive monthly guarantee of $20,000–$23,000, depending on experience
• Opportunity to earn 30%–32% of adjusted production
• Established PPO patient base
• Sign-on and relocation assistance may be available
• Up to $1,200 annually for continuing education

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, dentures, and other restorative procedures
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs
• Educate patients regarding their oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and office leadership
• Follow all applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Deliver an excellent patient experience while maintaining high-quality care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active New Mexico dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current professional liability insurance
• DEA license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry
