  • Short Description
  • Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals

Provide Hands-on Orthopedic Interventions, Including

  • Therapeutic exercise
  • Manual therapy techniques
  • Neuromuscular re-education
  • Gait and balance training
  • IASTYM / Kinesiotaping

Modalities as Indicated

  • Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic, payer, and regulatory guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
  • Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and quality of care
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
  • Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic initiatives as required
  • Education Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • License/Certification Requirements
  • Current state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • CPR certification and BLS

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide hands-on orthopedic interventions and educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise programs.

Requirements

Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree from an accredited program. Must hold a current state Physical Therapy license along with CPR and BLS certifications.
