Job Description
A leading home health organization in Redlands, California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!
Pay: $48.00 - $71.00/hour
Physical Therapist Opportunity
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position

Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises and safety
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation
Physical Therapist Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license required
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Home health experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility and strength. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and caregivers on safety and therapeutic exercises.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active California Physical Therapist license and a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. A minimum of one year of experience and current BLS/CPR certification are also required.
