A leading home health organization in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!
Pay: Starting at $65/hour
Physical Therapist Opportunity

Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Physical Therapist Qualifications
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required
- Home health experience strongly preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle required

Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will evaluate patient conditions to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and strength. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide education to patients and caregivers regarding safety and self-care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Oregon Physical Therapist license and a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. A minimum of one year of experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and BLS/CPR certification.
