Midwife - Healthy Start Enhanced San Bernardino (HSSB) program

Key Responsibilities

The Midwife provides culturally responsive prenatal, postpartum, and lactation support to program participants through both in-person and telehealth clinical services. Additionally, they coordinate and facilitate weekly perinatal education and support groups while collaborating with care coordinators and community partners.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Licensed Midwife (LM) or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in California with at least two years of clinical experience in maternal-infant health. A valid California driver's license and the ability to travel throughout San Bernardino County are required.
