Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will develop evidence-based programming based on client data and provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs. They are also responsible for conducting intake assessments, family guidance, and managing discharge and transition planning.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible to sit for the exam within one month. The role requires a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 35lbs.
