Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement evidence-based behavior programs while providing ongoing supervision and training to RBTs. Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain consistent communication with treatment team members and families.
Requirements
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible to sit for the exam within one month. Requires a reliable car, valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 35lbs.
