Job Description
Join Virginia’s largest full-scope midwifery group! Our practice is seeking to add a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically skilled Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to our practice located in central Virginia.
The CMG Women's Center is a highly successful hospital-owned practice that employs Certified Nurse-Midwives and Nurse Practitioners, serving a diverse population.
Services include comprehensive healthcare across the lifespan, including antepartum through postpartum care, as well as gynecologic services such as reproductive and wellness care for women and non-binary individuals.
Procedures may include IUD/Nexplanon insertion or removal, diaphragm fittings, bunch biopsy, and Saline-Infused Sonograms. CMG Women's Center is committed to diversity and inclusion and strongly encourages candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive healthcare across the lifespan for women and non-binary individuals, including antepartum and postpartum care. Perform gynecologic procedures such as IUD/Nexplanon insertions, biopsies, and saline-infused sonograms.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an MSN specializing as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Requires current Virginia licensure with prescriptive authority and national WHNP certification, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
