  • Your Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care to patients assigned through patient choice and value-based contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC.

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • U. S. work authorization required (we are unable to sponsor visas).
  • Prior primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Eligible for medical staff privileges at our facility.

  • Full-Time position.
  • No call required.
