Registered Nurse (RN Triage & Support)

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide clinical triage and guidance to patients via phone and electronic messaging while documenting assessments in the EMR. They will also collaborate with providers to manage care coordination, process medication refills, and perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy and vital signs.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold a current, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license. A minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient clinical setting and active CPR certification are required.
