Job Description
- Family Medicine Physician
- Partnership + Bonus | Low Call
- DeLand, FL | $240K+ Base Salary + Productivity Bonus + Partnership
Join an established and growing multi-specialty group located in DeLand, Florida. The practice specializes in family medicine, internal medicine, and preventative care, operating under a medical team that includes physicians and nurse practitioners. Front desk, Medical Assistant, a person to take measurements and a dedicated referral coordinator provided.
- The Schedule
- Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm
- Friday, 8am to 2pm
- 1 and 4 call, 1.3 call per week average
- Around 25 patients per day
Compensation and Benefits
- $240,000+ base salary, depending on experience
- Productivity bonus based on patient reviews, could equal $15,000+
- Partnership option after 1 year

- 3 weeks PTO plus 8 holidays and personal day
- Licensing fees and malpractice covered, CME assistance
- What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified
- Florida medical license (or eligible to obtain)
- Must be able to speak medical Spanish. Fluent is not required

Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide family medicine, internal medicine, and preventative care services to an average of 25 patients per day. They will work within a multi-specialty team supported by medical assistants and a referral coordinator.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified and hold or be eligible for a Florida medical license. Proficiency in medical Spanish is required, though fluency is not mandatory.
