Strengthen quality and outcomes: Participate in peer reviews, chart audits, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical performance assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.

Advance clinical standards: Help develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, documentation standards, and evidence-based practices.

Partner across the organization: Collaborate with the Medical Director, Clinic Director, and interdisciplinary teams to address clinical challenges, improve workflows, and enhance the patient experience.

Contribute to organizational growth: Identify practical solutions, support provider education and onboarding, and help strengthen the systems that allow our teams to deliver effective, accessible care.

Why join QCH? At Quinault Community Health, leadership is about more than overseeing clinical operations.
