- Salary: $85K - $100K
- 23 days PTO.
- CME allowance: $1,500.

Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans while delivering play-based ABA therapy. Supervise and mentor clinical staff while collaborating with peers to ensure high-quality, evidence-based client outcomes.
Requirements
Requires an active BCBA, QBA, or QASP-S certification and a North Carolina LBA license. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
