Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of paraprofessionals and assistants (SLP-CFs, SLP-As) in accordance with ASHA standards and SC LLR regulations.

• Conduct initial evaluations and reevaluations for personal caseload and for assigned team members (e. g., paraprofessionals), including all required documentation and billing.

Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of children’s developmental stages from ages 0-18 to properly analyze the growth, movement (motor), cognitive, and maturation process/transition between skill levels.

• Previous pediatric experience is required through employment or clinical rotation.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $68K - $98K
