Key Responsibilities

The Research Nurse is responsible for the execution of clinical trials, including patient screening, enrollment, and monitoring to ensure protocol compliance. They also provide patient education, maintain accurate source documentation, and collaborate with the research team to report outcomes and adverse events.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an associate degree in nursing and an active RN license with at least two years of nursing experience. Proficiency in clinical research processes and knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP are required, with oncology experience preferred.
