The Opportunity

• Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Long Term Acute Carephysicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

• Vibra Hospital of Northern California – Redding, California
• 50-Bed open ICU Hospital.
• 525 annual patients with 1-6 admits per day.
• PatientKeeper EMR.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
