Job DetailsJob Location: Janesville - Janesville, WI 53548Join our team as a Physical Therapist Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking an experience Physical Therapist to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Janesville, Wisconsin.

This dynamic SNF-based campus includes short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living, and is best suited for a clinician who is confident navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care. We are looking for a clinician who brings: Strong clinical reasoning and patient identification skills.

Experience managing medical complexity and changing functional status. Comfort collaborating with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams. A commitment to quality-driven care over volume. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
