The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive nursing care, diagnose illnesses, and perform therapeutic and prescriptive measures within a collaborative practice agreement. They will also facilitate continuity of care and work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing, a current New York State Registered Nurse license, and a Nurse Practitioner license. Additionally, Basic Life Support certification and board certification from a relevant specialty organization are required.
