Key Responsibilities

• Reviews medical history, creates treatment plans and goals, shows patients how to use adaptive technology.

• Assists patients with disabilities, injuries or illnesses to recover and cope through the use of common, everyday tasks, demonstrates exercises to relieve pain and increase mobility.

• Knowledge of specific conditions, diseases, and treatment therapies for specific patient populations.

• Assesses patients' physical, psychological, social, and educational needs to determine level and type of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or post Graduate degree (OT).

• Active and unrestricted Georgia OT License (Occupational Therapist).

• BLS Certification.

• Minimum 1 year hospital experience, critical care/acute care preferred.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• Remote position - work from anywhere.
