Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
Current CPR Certification
- Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as a desire to develop professionally
- A passion for patient-centered care
- Basic computer literacy

In New York, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $75,000 - $115,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy treatment to older adults in a home setting. Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day while maintaining clinical excellence and professional development.
Requirements
Must be a licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist with a degree from an accredited program. Requires current CPR certification and a passion for patient-centered care.
