Job Description
Healthcare United is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) for an Integrated Care, 100% outpatient role in the Bridgeport area of Connecticut. This opportunity offers a collaborative, team-based setting focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Provide primary and integrated care services in an outpatient setting
- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and clinical assessments
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
- Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Manage patient panels within a multidisciplinary care model
- Participate in team-based care coordination and case reviews
- One evening per week and rotating Saturday coverage (9am–1pm)
- Participate in telephonic call rotation
Requirements
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) in Connecticut
- Minimum 2 years of experience required (3+ preferred) in primary care, family medicine, or integrated care
- Strong clinical and patient management skills
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Commitment to team-based, community-focused care
