About the Role
Join Healthcare United as a Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient, $25K Bonus, Bridgeport in United States. Healthcare United is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an Integrated Care, 100% outpatient role in the Bridgeport area of Connecticut. This position offers a team-based, mission-driven environment with a focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care across diverse populations.

Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Connecticut
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice
- Minimum 2 years of experience required (3+ preferred) in primary care, family medicine, or integrated care
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills
