This position offers no call requirements, weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Martinsville, Virginia.
Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Act as a clinical leader within the facility to manage conditions such as neurological impairments and postoperative orthopedic recovery.
Candidates must hold a valid Virginia license as a Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or Physician Assistant. Experience in the post-acute or skilled nursing facility space is preferred.
