The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services and supervising the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes. They will also participate in quality improvement programs and collaborate with physicians to develop and review individual patient health goals.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice and hold a valid state license. A current BLS certification and Board Certification are also mandatory requirements for this role.
