Job Description

Care for patients. Lead a team that does the same. Build a legacy of better breathing across North Texas.

For two decades, families across North Texas have trusted this well-established allergy and asthma practice to help them breathe easier, sleep better, and get back to living. The practice is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Allergist/Immunologist to carry that work forward. This physician will lead patient care across a network of clinics in the fast growing northern DFW suburbs.

This is a rare opening: a role where you care for patients directly and also shape how care is delivered for thousands more. You'll help set the standard for every patient who walks through our doors, and you'll do it within a physician-led organization that puts patients first.

Why This Opportunity Is Different

Patient care stays at the center. The practice is part of a physician-led regional network whose growth strategy is built on keeping physician leadership and patient focus at the core. Your clinical judgment will guide decisions, and the people making those decisions will understand what patients need.

Real tools for real answers. The clinics offer needle-free skin testing, in-house CT scanning with 10-second scan times, 1-minute pulmonary function testing, and pediatric-sized nasal endoscopy, allowing patients to receive answers faster, with less discomfort and fewer trips elsewhere. You will have the autonomy to treat patients with both traditional and sublingual immunotherapy, choosing what works best for their life and comfort.

A team that knows its patients. You'll lead and mentor an experienced group of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners across multiple locations. Many of them have practiced together for years and have built lasting relationships with the patients and families they serve.

Communities that need you. The northern DFW suburbs are among the fastest-growing communities in the country. New families arrive every day, and many need a trusted specialist. You'll help make sure they can find one close to home.

A path to lasting leadership. This role is positioned to grow into expanded clinical and administrative leadership. You will help carry forward a longstanding tradition of personalized care and shape the practice’s next chapter.

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive, compassionate allergy, asthma, and immunology care to adult and pediatric patients across our northern DFW clinics

Build lasting relationships with patients and families, guiding them from diagnosis through long-term management

Supervise our Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners so every patient receives the same high standard of care at every location

Lead clinical protocols and quality initiatives that improve outcomes, access, and the patient experience across all sites

Partner with practice leadership to shape how the group grows, with patient needs guiding each step

Requirements

  • What We're Looking For

Full-scope clinical expertise in environmental and food allergy, immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT), asthma management, and both adult and pediatric care

Leadership experience or strong leadership aptitude. Prior medical director, site lead, committee chair, or similar experience is a plus but not required

  • A collaborative, mentorship-oriented approach to working with advanced practice providers
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to serve patients across multiple clinic locations in the northern DFW suburbs

An entrepreneurial mindset: you want to help build a practice that reaches more patients, not just fill an existing schedule
