Key Responsibilities
- Provide care to patient when a need is identified during a face to face encounter.
- Document the clinical finding and care provided in the patient's medical record.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Master's degree and advanced practice nursing degree as a nurse practitioner required.
- 2+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
- Valid Vermont nursing license required. Valid Vermont State (adult) nurse practitioner license required.

- Pay rate: $52.65 - $78.98/hour.
