Key Responsibilities

  • Provide care to patient when a need is identified during a face to face encounter.
  • Document the clinical finding and care provided in the patient's medical record.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Master's degree and advanced practice nursing degree as a nurse practitioner required.
  • 2+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
  • Valid Vermont nursing license required. Valid Vermont State (adult) nurse practitioner license required.
