LEAD THERAPIST (MA/MSW)

Core responsibilities: The Lead Licensed Therapist performs psychiatric social service functions including assessments, therapy, and treatment planning. They are also responsible for training new staff, managing court documentation, and coordinating services for PHP/IOP patients.
