Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities
- 1.0 FTE/40 hours located at the Worcester Medical Center (Saint Vincent Hospital)
- Shifts are Thursday to Wednesday – 7 Days on followed by 7 days off
- Hours: 2:00PM-2:00AM
- Will join our team of sixteen Physicians and six Advanced Practitioners
- Possibility of having three consecutive weeks off

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Must Have National Board Certification
- Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts board of registration in a Physician Assistant program, Masters level preferred
- Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate

- Fluency in EMR systems & technology
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.

The clinician will work within a team of physicians and advanced practitioners to manage hospital admissions and provide high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include contributing to practice initiatives and utilizing the Epic EMR system to support clinical workflows.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, possess National Board Certification, and be licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. New graduates are welcome to apply, provided they maintain BLS certification and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
