What You'll Do

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA services while partnering with families, clinical team members, and organizational support teams.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress

• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations

• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals

• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate

• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards

• Collaborate with operational and support teams to help remove barriers to care

• Support the professional development of clinical team members

• Promote ethical, evidence-based, client-centered ABA services

Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Applicable state licensure, if required

• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services

• Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment
