Key Responsibilities

The supervisor will conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans for clients. They are also responsible for providing ongoing clinical oversight, mentoring staff, and ensuring treatment fidelity across all cases.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of ABA assessment experience is required, along with strong clinical writing and analytical skills.
