About the Role
Join Neighborhood Healthcare as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – 4-Day Week in United States. The Nurse Practitioner works to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare (NHC) by providing excellent patient-centered care and services within a dynamic team environment. This role will provide general medical care and treatment to patients under the direction of providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines/instructions from providers and NHC practice protocols
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems and health care needs
- Records physical findings and formulates plan and prognosis based on patient’s condition
- Submits health care plans and goals of individual patients for periodic review and evaluation by providers
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior composition, typing and proofreading skills
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Knowledgeable about and experience with providing direct care to patients
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
