The Clinical Psychologist will conduct psychological evaluations for the Human Reliability Program and provide fitness-for-duty assessments for the workforce. They will also offer counseling, substance abuse monitoring, and support workplace wellness initiatives in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and have at least three years of postdoctoral clinical experience. A valid, unrestricted license to practice in Washington state is required, along with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
