• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy through telehealth. You will work directly with clients who are dealing with stress, mental health concerns, life changes, and other personal challenges. The position includes regular client sessions, assessments, treatment planning, and documentation. You will also follow up on client progress and make changes to care when needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients for scheduled telehealth sessions
• Complete initial assessments and review client concerns
• Create treatment plans based on each client’s needs
• Provide therapy using appropriate clinical methods
• Follow up on progress throughout treatment
• Keep session notes and client records up to date
• Help clients work on coping skills and day-to-day challenges
• Refer clients to other services when needed
• Active Delaware LCSW license required
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Previous clinical therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
