Job Description
Are you a skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for supporting individuals' emotional well-being? We are currently seeking professionals to join our team in Hawaii. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while receiving strong administrative and technical support, ensuring that you can focus on what matters most – your clients. Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions via video call to help clients manage their mental health.
- Foster an open space for clients to explore their emotions and gain insights into themselves and their relationships.
- Provide client advocacy, assisting them in setting personal and therapeutic goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach, tailored to each client's needs.
- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually plus full benefits.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.
- Experience with a diverse client base and a range of mental health conditions.
- Strong interpersonal communication and trust-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
