Job Details: Job Location: ICE Health Services Corps Eloy, AZ. - eloy, AZ, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Social Workers (LCSW) Needed at IHSC, Eloy, AZ Wander Staffing is seeking one (1) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) for ICE Health Services Corps (IHSC) in Eloy, AZ.

LOCATION 1705 E. Hanna Road, Eloy, AZ 85131 COMPENSATION Rate: $51.95 W2 position SCHEDULE 4-10s can be worked during orientation Can work either 5-8s or 4-10s Flexibility with scheduling is required.

Must rotate weekends and holidays No on-call CONTRACT DETAILS Ongoing contract through 2032 Note: The duration of the contract is between the government and Wander Staffing. As with any position, if life requires you to leave, please provide a 60-day notice.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program Minimum one (1) year of experience as an LCSW at the independent level.

Candidates with 8-11 months may be considered for a waiver Current, full, and unrestricted LCSW license in Arizona BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Permanent Resident Card, I-551) Must pass the DHS background investigation and be privileged by IHSC Able to communicate proficiently in English and/or Spanish Preferred (not required): experience in a detention/correctional or residential healthcare setting, and experience implementing a new mental health treatment program and/or a Modified Therapeutic Community treatment model DUTIES Provide mental health evaluations, individual and group therapy, and case management for detainees, including programming within a Modified Therapeutic Community model Provide direction and oversight to a multidisciplinary team, including behavioral health technicians and interns Write evaluation reports for ICE/OPLA legal counsel on individuals placed on the Serious Mental Illness (SMI) List Provide weekly reports to the HQ Behavioral Health Unit on individuals on the SMI list and in segregation Serve as the suicide prevention program coordinator when the Supervisory BHP is absent Train ICE and medical staff on mental health topics, including suicide prevention, hunger strikes, abuse and neglect, and victims of torture Coordinate discharge planning, placements, and continuity of care with the HQ Behavioral Health Unit, including Post Order Custody Reviews (POCR) May provide telehealth for patients at other IHSC facilities (only in states where you are licensed) May respond to, or coordinate the response to, medical emergencies PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT Must be able to respond on foot to any medical emergency in the facility within four (4) minutes and perform CPR standing or kneeling Long periods of standing and walking, including over uneven surfaces; may need to lift moderately heavy patients or equipment and help people exit the building during an emergency ABOUT THE FACILITY Team of four to five (4-5) BHPs with an on-site government supervisor Patient ratio is around 8-12 per day ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must have a REAL ID or passport to enter the facility No cell phones, weapons, or metal in the facility Security processing includes forms (the SSA-89 requires a wet signature), an NBIS e-application due within 4 days, and fingerprinting due within 5 days HOW TO APPLY Email your resume, LCSW license, BLS, and MSW diploma to Rachel McGee at Rachel.McGee@WanderStaffing.com Questions?
