Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated Palliative Care team. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.
In this role, you will provide holistic and supportive care for patients with advanced illnesses —primarily in oncology, neurology (stroke, dementia, etc.), pulmonary (COPD, respiratory failure, etc.), and gastrointestinal diseases.
You’ll be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on improving quality of life and managing symptoms.

Requirements
Requires a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant school and current licensure by the State of Virginia. A minimum of two years of progressive experience in the area of specialization is required.
